  • We accept order cancellations within 48 hours of order placement

    Buyer is responsible for making change requests or cancellations within this timeframe.

  • Buyer can return a non-customized item in original condition within 14 days of receipt.

    Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for returns and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

    So long as the items are returned in accordance with the terms hereof, we will refund the price of the items in full (excluding any shipping and delivery charges and further subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use or damage of the item).

    Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. Buyer will pay the remaining cost for items of greater price, and receive a refund for items of lesser.

  • Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise exchange only. To return or exchange your gift selection please contact us.

  • Custom items are not eligible for refund, but may be eligible for exchange with certain conditions (possibility of recycling, availability of materials etc). Please contact us to discuss.

  • Buyer is responsible for providing correct ring size. Helpful hints will be posted prior to ring listings going live.

  • While we have taken reasonable steps to accurately depict our jewelry through the photographs and other images on the site, some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques.

    Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. Additionally, the detailing (such as color, pattern, texture, etc.) you see on-screen may depend on your monitor and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a piece when you receive it.

  • Items will ship between 1-2 weeks after an order has been placed. This timeline may be longer depending on item availability, shipping destination, and holidays. Pieces with stones may vary depending on availability of stones.
